Region 7 Strong Shirts
March 28, 2014

Each year the region gives regional t-shirts to athletes, coaches and judges attending our Level 8, 9 and 10 regional meets. This year we created a special t-shirt with "REGION 7 STRONG". The "7" is made up of turquoise and pink ribbons to honor all of the members of our community who have battled cancer, and in particular this year we want to show our support for Lynn Perrott, Audrey Schweyer, Jenny Spering and Patty Vitale. We will be selling additional shirts at Level 9 and 10 regionals, and they will also be on sale directly through Sports And Beyond at the following link:

http://www.sportsandbeyond.com/category-s/215.htm

The cost of the shirt is $15.00, and all net proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society in honor of these strong and courageous women. At the meets we can accept cash or checks made payable to "USAG Region 7". Please put Region 7 Strong in the subject line of checks.

We will be wearing these shirts on training day at Easterns and JO Nationals, and also at our 2014 training camps. We're also hoping that parents will purchase shirts to wear proudly at the national competitions, and show your support for Region 7!

Region 7 Xcel Survey
March 28, 2014

Dear Region 7 Xcel coaches and judges,

Throughout the season I have heard several comments and suggestions to improve the Xcel program. I have a national board meeting in May, but I do not want to bring issues to the table unless they are important to a significant number of clubs, teams, or judges. Please go to the link below, and complete the survey. It is very short, only 10 brief questions!!

Thanks so much for your time and interest!
Jane Caruso, R7XC
